A Knight in Shining Armour

This is one of my hobbies, it was drawn freehand, and took me 3 years to stitch.

I also used to make exotic lingerie for strippers, but I got tired of hanging out at brothels and strip clubs.

Wow, it's lovely, so delicate and great colourscheme......I am so envious of people who are good at artsncrafts, I can't do a thing with my hands except cook and I don't think that counts!

That's a wonderful traditionalstyle tapestry. No pictures of the other handiwork though? Nevermind, the tapestry is wonderful.

yea, i could see how hanging about nude moraly loose women could become a drag...
Tapastries are kinda like the photographs of yore, hugh? Nice work, you have much more diligence than I my friend.

Ozzy, I'm obsessive-compulsive, and my lover owned the brothel, so it wasnt an effort to hang out there.

That's beautiful.

I was never very good at making things up but I, once upon a time, could draw fairly well from life.

Thanks Girl, I really want to do less computer stuff, and more hand crafts this year.
I cant draw much now, really out of practice.

Oh my goodness... such patience you must have. I admire people who can go into that zone and produce something so beautifully.

Your drawing and stitching is awesome! What stitches have you used? Are you needlepointing? I love needlework, it's very relaxing and good for the brain. It's also a dying art so YAY! for you for keeping it going.

Sewing for strippers - cool!

WOW!!!! Enigma!!! BEAUTIFUL WORK!!!

Ok, so what other wonderful talents do you possess???

Damn, girl...you are truly gifted in so MANY areas.

Whenever I see a tapestry, I always think of Carol King (remember her?) and her wonderful LP during the late 60's early 70's. The front cover had a gorgeous tapestry on it!

This is beautiful, Enigma. And so is the famework. The fact that you did this FREEHAND is amazing!

God...the only thing I ever tried like this, was a LATCH HOOK RUG that I got at a damn craft store, in which I NEVER finished!?!?

Thanks for sharing this...it's SO cool!!!

hi Nitebyrd..its cross-stitch, if you enlarge the picture you can almost see it.

Ron, I had a sneaking suspicion you were a stripper once, and I knit, sew ,crotchet, and do clay scultures...and am a dab hand with a HK-MP5( which is what the kitten is sitting on in my other post)
